William H. Falor III

Bill joined Kennedy, Archer & Giffen as an associate in 2020. His practice principally covers business and real estate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Bill practiced trust, estate, and tax law in Monterey and San Jose, where he advised individuals and fiduciaries on wealth transfer issues.

A Monterey native, Bill graduated from All Saints’ Day School and Stevenson School before earning his B.A. from Boston College (2010), his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law (2015), and his L.L.M. from the University of San Francisco School of Law (2019). While in law school, Bill served as the Senior Research Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review.

Bill is a member of the State Bar of California and the Monterey County Bar Association. In his free time, he enjoys golf, tennis, reading, and spending time with his family and friends.
